Hindustan Oil Exploration Company Ltd (HOEC) has announced that the Company, as the Operator of CY-OSN-97/1 consortium, has spudded the second exploration well (Shuban-1) in Block CY-OSN-97/1.
The Company has a 80% participating interest in the said block.
