Venus Ventures to allot 1 crore shares to promoters

Venus Ventures Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on September 04, 2010, inter alia, to allot the 1,00,00,000 Equity shares to promoter and persons other than promoter by way of preferential allotment.

The stock was trading at Rs.10.93, up by Rs.0.24 or 2.25%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.11.14 and low of Rs.10.50.

The total traded quantity was 0.27 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.90 lakhs.
