Lupin grants 37000 Options under Employees stock Option Plan

Lupin Ltd has announced that the Company has granted 34500 options to Its employees under "Lupin Employees Stock Option Plan 2003", 37000 options to its employees under "Lupin Employees Stock Option Plan 2005" and 20000 options to the employee of its subsidiary Company under "Lupin Subsidiary Companies Employees Stock Option Plan 2005" at the exercise price of Rs. 1854.85 on August 23, 2010.

Further the Company has noted that, one equity share of Rs. 10/- each is covered by each option. The options issued are exercisable at the 'market price' as defined In SEBI guidelines, in a phased manner after a minimum vesting period of 12 months but before the exercise period of 10 years from the date of grant.

The stock was trading at Rs.1895.15, down by Rs.13.10 or 0.69%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.1924.95 and low of Rs.1875.15.

The total traded quantity was 0.28 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.34 lakhs.
