With reference to the news item appearing in a leading financial daily titled "Financial Tech: Betting on growth", Financial Technologies India Ltd has clarified as under:

1. The Company does not entertain any Press remarks unless the Company has submitted prior intimation to the stock Exchanges about its Board meeting and the outcome of the same thereof.

2. The Company wishes to dismiss any such press reports published by the free lance writers.
