Anant Raj Industries equity shareholders & unsecured creditors to approve Scheme of Arrangement

Anant Raj Industries Ltd has announced that pursuant to the order passed by the Hon'ble Punjab & Haryana High Court, the separate meetings of the equity shareholders & unsecured creditors of the Company will be held on February 24, 2007, for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, approving with or without modification(S), the arrangement embodied in the Scheme of Arrangement between (i) The Company (ii) Grand Meadows Ltd (iii) Papillon Estates Ltd (iv) Roseview Estates Pvt Ltd (v) Bhasin Resorts Pvt Ltd and their respective shareholders.
