Autoline Industries Board to declare interim dividend, acquisition proposal

Autoline Industries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 21, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. Declaration of interim dividend.

2. Issue of Share Warrants to Promoters, Directors and other eligible entities at a price not less than Rs 400/- per share.

3. Acquiring remaining 49% stake in Autoline Dimensions Software Pvt Ltd.

4. Proposal for acquisition of Domestic / Foreign Company.
