Allianz Capital to consider raising funds, revoking of merger proposal

Allianz Capital & Management Services Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 13, 2007, inter alia, to transact the following:

1. For raising the capital of the Company by way of making preferential allotment of securities; and

2. To revoke the merger proposal of M/s. Innovative Money Matters Pvt. Ltd with the Company, as was earlier "in-principle" approved by the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 19, 2006.
