Helios & Matheson changes US subsidiary's name to Helios & Matheson North America Inc

Helios & Matheson Information Technology Ltd has announced that the change of its listed US Subsidiary's name from The A Consulting Team, Inc. (TACT) to Helios & Matheson North America Inc. The trading symbol of the Company's common stock on the NASDAQ Capital Market changes from "TACX" to "HMNA".

Helios & Matheson acquired controlling stake in healthcare focused Company TACT Inc in April 2006 and currently holds 52% stake in the Company.

Helios & Matheson has rolled out a Company-wide cross cultural initiative - a systematic, thoughtful approach to understanding the differences between national cultures in the way a person conducts business, with specific country-by-country advice spanning an incredible range of 50 regions.

"One of the biggest tasks for today's CEO is managing across borders. The Global Delivery Model mandates a multi-cultural and multi-ethnicity workforce. We believe that this initiative will be instrumental in making our employees become internationally focused and fluent with the ability to understand the needs of local cohort group, markets and clients." said Mr. Ramachandiran, Chairman.

This cross-cultural initiative will be rolled out by Helios & Matheson North America in the next quarter.
