Brakes Auto to raise funds for upcoming new plant at Dhule

Brakes Auto India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 09, 2007, has unanimously passed the following resolutions:

The cost break-up of Right Issue for the upcoming new Plant at Dhule is as under (in Lakhs):

Promoter: 1000.00

Public: 1800.00

Term Loan: 1200.00

The company has appointed Ashika Capital Ltd, Mumbai as the Merchant Bankers for the issue.

The company also appointed Purva Sharegistry (India) Pvt. Ltd, Mumbai as the Share Registrar for Public / Right Issue.
