Sumeet Industries and Mefcom Agro Industries JV to construct Industrial Park near Kandla Sea Port

Mefcom Agro Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 13, 2007, has taken on record Joint Venture signed with Sumeet Industries Ltd for the development of 255 acre land for the purpose of Industrial Park, Power Generation for captive consumption, Roads, Water, Township etc near Kandla Sea Port, District Bhuj, Gujarat. Out of the above 55 acre land has already been acquired.

The Board has approved for additional acquisition of 200 acre land in the adjoining area of the above mentioned land.
