Kopran allots 1.95 million shares

Kopran Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 10, 2010, has allotted 19,50,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each for cash at par, (i.e. at a price determined as per SEBI Guidelines) against 19,50,000 convertible warrants held by M/s. Panorama Finvest Pvt. Ltd.

The stock was trading at Rs.39.95, down by Rs.0.85 or 2.08%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.40.80 and low of Rs.39.70.

The total traded quantity was 0.87 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 3.10 lakhs.
