Glenmark Pharmaceuticals allots 62300 Shares

Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 09, 2010, allotted 62,300 shares to the employees of the Company on exercise of options granted to them pursuant to ESOS 2003.

The stock closed the day at Rs.269.60, up by Rs.0.95 or 0.35%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.272.90 and low of Rs.267.65.
