Patni Computer Systems allots 80035 equity shares under Stock Option Plan

Patni Computer Systems Ltd has announced that the Compensation Remuneration Committee of Directors of the Company vide resolution dated July 30, 2010 has allotted 80,035 equity shares of par value of Rs. 2/- each to certain option holders, pursuant to the exercise of options granted to them under Company's Stock Option Plan.

The stock was trading at Rs.466, down by Rs.1.95 or 0.42%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.522 and low of Rs.465.60.

The total traded quantity was 79380 compared to 2 week average of 140155.
