Maruti Infrastructure to consider fund raising on Aug 10, 2010

Maruti Infrastructure Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 10, 2010, inter alia, to consider, to raise the fund by way of further capital / warrants or any other instruments.

The stock was trading at Rs.10.11, up by Rs.0.16 or 1.61%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.10.40 and low of Rs.10.

The total traded quantity was 721 compared to 2 week average of 3043.
