Allsec Technologies grants 4 lakh ESOPs

Allsec Technologies Ltd has announced that the Compensation Committee of the Company in its meeting hold on August 04, 2010, has granted 4,00,000 Employee Stock Options to the employees of the Company and its subsidiaries under the Employee Stock Option Scheme 2010.

The stock closed the day at Rs.45.30, down by Rs.0.35 or 0.77%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.47.50 and low of Rs.45.

The total traded quantity was 2713 compared to 2 week average of 3258.
