Nu Tek India to open GDR issue

Nu Tek India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 04, 2010, has decided to open the GDRs Issue with effect from August 04, 2010 for an amount upto USD 35 million.

The stock was trading at Rs.34.75, up by Rs.1.60 or 4.83%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.36 and low of Rs.33.55.

The total traded quantity was 14918 compared to 2 week average of 17498.
