Silverline Technologies enters into One Time Settlement with Development Bank of Singapore

Silverline Technologies Ltd has announced that the company has entered into One Time Settlement of its Outstanding Loans. As a part of One Time Settlement, DBS has agreed for part cash and part stock of the Company.

With the due settlement getting over with DBS, the Company has no banking liabilities and becomes a Zero Debt Company.

M/s. Firstcall India Equity Advisors Pvt Ltd has put the settlement in place.
