Shivalik Global shareholders to approve Scheme of Amalgamation

Shivalik Global Ltd has announced that, pursuant to the order of the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi, a meeting of the shareholders of the Company will be held on February 28, 2007, for the purpose of considering and if thought fit, approving, with or without modifications, arrangement embodied in the proposed Scheme of Amalgamation between Shyam Tex International Ltd and the Company.
