Tripex Overseas Board to consider stock split

Tripex Overseas Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 16, 2007, inter alia, to consider and take on record the following matters:

1. To consider splitting / sub-division of shares of the Company.

2. Convening the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting of the Company for the aforesaid purpose.
