Berger Paints Board declares interim dividend of 30%, fixes record date

Berger Paints India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 08, 2007, has decided to pay an Interim Dividend @ 30% on the Ordinary (Equity) Shares for the financial year ending March 31, 2007.

February 23, 2007 has been fixed as the Record Date for the purpose of payment of Interim Dividend.
