Dutron Polymers Rights Issue to close on February 9

Dutron Polymers Ltd has announced that the issue of 30,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each for cash at a premium of Rs 10/- (Issue Price Rs 20/-) per Equity Share on rights basis to the existing Equity Shareholders of the Company in the ratio of one Equity Share for every one Equity Share held on Record Date i.e. December 20, 2006 aggregating to Rs 600 lakhs closes on February 09, 2007.
