GMR Infrastructure subsidiary GHIAL acquires Cadence Cargo Pvt Ltd

GMR Infrastructure Ltd has announced that GMR Hyderabad International Airport Ltd (GHIAL), a subsidiary of the Company, has acquired effective from February 07, 2007, 51% of the paid up share capital of Cadence Cargo Pvt Ltd, a company that will be engaged in handling the cargo operations at the new Hyderabad International Airport.

Therefore, effective from February 07, 2007, Cadence Cargo Pvt Ltd has also become the subsidiary of the Company by virtue of Section 4(l)(c) of the Companies Act, 1956.
