Fortune Financial Board to consider interim dividend

Fortune Financial Services India Ltd has announced that a meeting the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 13, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. Further issue of shares u/s 81(1A) of the Companies Act, 1956.

2. Approve payment of an interim dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2007.

3. Approve increase in the borrowing powers of the Company.
