Patni Computer Board recommends 150% dividend

Patni Computer Systems Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 08, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a final dividend of 150% for the year 2006 (previous year 125%), subject to approval of the members at the Annual General Meeting.
