Shree Ram Mills clarifies on news item regarding promoters stake sale

With reference to the news item appearing in a leading financial daily titled, "Promoters of Shree Ram Mills to offload stake", Shree Ram Mills Ltd has clarified that the Company has not issued any statement for the same.

Further the Company has informed that, the promoters are negotiating with several parties for doing the same and will follow all required disclosure norms.
