Aftek clarifies on news item regarding assets sale

With reference to the news item appearing in a leading financial daily titled "Aftek gains 19% on assets sale buzz", Aftek Ltd has clarified that presently the Company has three software centers at Pune on leasehold basis. The Company also have its Corporate Office in Mumbai which is owned through its wholly subsidiary Company. With a view to consolidate and bring all its Pune staff under one roof, the Company is already in the process of constructing a state-of-the art software center at Hingewadi, Pune. This arrangement would result in carrying on the Company's operations more efficiently. Such kind of news totally incorrect and false coverage would be misleading to the investing community.
