RTS Power Board defers stock split proposal

RTS Power Corporation Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 31, 2007, inter alia, has also transacted the following:

1. Discussed about the performance of the Company's Cable & Conductors Plant, production of which has already started. Substantial Orders have also been received for the Plant which are in the process of execution.

2. Discussed about Single Phase Transformer Project of the Company. Necessary Plant & Machinery have been installed and regular production will commence from 1st week of March 2007 therein. In the meantime, Orders for substantial value have also been obtained.

3. Deferred Stock -Split proposal and this may be discussed in its subsequent Meeting.
