Usher Agro to raise funds through QIP

Usher Agro Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 14, 2010, has decided to raise the funds through QIP.

The stock was trading at Rs.89.10, down by Rs.2.05 or 2.25%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.91.95 and low of Rs.89.10.
