Tulsyan NEC Board approves raising Rs 49.50 crores through rights issue

Tulsyan NEC Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 10, 2010, inter alia, has approved Draft Letter of Offer and fixed the Size of the Issue as Rs. 49.50 Crores.

The Board decided to fix the ratio and price of the Issue at later stage.

The stock was trading at Rs.84, up by Rs.1.50 or 1.82%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.85.90 and low of Rs.82.50.

The total traded quantity was 1212 compared to 2 week average of 4537.
