Jamna Auto allots 14225 shares under ESOP

Jamna Auto Industries Ltd has announced that the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held on June 08, 2010, has allotted 14225 equity shares upon exercise of Stock Options by the employees under ESOP 2006 Scheme.

The stock was trading at Rs.102, down by Rs.0.20 or 0.20%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.107.55 and low of Rs.101.

The total traded quantity was 20564 compared to 2 week average of 192958.
