BGR Energy allots 37627 Equity Shares

BGR Energy Systems Ltd has announced that the Committee of Directors at its meeting held on June 25, 2010, has allotted 37,627 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to those grantees, who have exercised their options under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2007. The said shares will rank pari-passu with the existing shares of the Company in all respects.

The stock was trading at Rs.699.40, down by Rs.1.80 or 0.26%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.702 and low of Rs.690.

The total traded quantity was 12929 compared to 2 week average of 61641.
