Tube Investments allots 26794 equity shares

Tube Investments of India Ltd has informed BSE that the Company on June 25, 2010 has allotted 26,794 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each. 11,254 Shares at an exercise price of Rs. 56.80/- per share and 15,540 Shares at an exercise price of Rs. 62.85/- per share.

The above allotments are consequent upon the exercise of Stock Options by the eligible employees under the Employee Stock Option Scheme 2007.

Further the Company has informed that, with this allotment, the number of equity shares outstanding has increased from 18,48,17,272 to 18,48,44,066 and the paid up equity share capital from Rs. 36,96,34,544/- to Rs. 36,96,88,132/-.

The stock closed the day at Rs.116.10, down by Rs.0.50 or 0.43%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.119.90 and low of Rs.115.75.

The total traded quantity was 45502 compared to 2 week average of 131582.
