Coromandel International allots 91140 equity shares

Coromandel International Ltd has announced that the Share Transfer & Investors' Grievance Committee on June 22, 2010 allotted 91140 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each fully paid to the employees pursuant to ESOP 2007. Consequent to this allotment, the issued and paid up capital of the Company stands revised to 140478378 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each fully paid amounting to Rs. 280956756/-.

The stock closed the day at Rs.480.35, up by Rs.15.35 or 3.30%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.484 and low of Rs.465.20.
