Scanpoint Geomatics to consider allotment of 15000000 shares on Jun 21, 2010

Scanpoint Geomatics Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 21, 2010, to consider allotment of 15,000,000 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each for cash at par to the Promoters, Friends, Relatives and Associates on preferential basis in accordance to the Rehabilitation Scheme sanctioned by the Hon'ble Bench of the Board for Industrial and Financial Reconstruction.

The stock closed the day at Rs.53.50, up by Rs.1.60 or 3.08%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.56.30 and low of Rs.50.10.
