D B Corp allots 240 Shares under DBCL-ESOS-2008 Scheme

D. B. Corp Ltd has announced that vide resolution passed on June 10, 2010, the authorised members of the Compensation Committee of the Company has allotted 240 number of shares of Rs. 10/- each on the exercise of 240 stock options under the DBCL-ESOS Scheme 2008, to it's employees covered under the scheme.

The stock was trading at Rs.238.85, up by Rs.0.80 or 0.34%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.243 and low of Rs.237.

The total traded quantity was 2038 compared to 2 week average of 9863.
