Indusind Bank allots 43760 Shares

Indusind Bank Ltd has announced that the Bank has allotted 43,760 (Forty Three Thousand Seven Hundred Sixty) equity shares of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each on June 05, 2010 to those grantees who had exercised their option under the Bank's Employee Stock Option Scheme.

The said shares will rank pari passu with the existing shares of the Bank in all respects.

The stock was trading at Rs.187.80, down by Rs.2.55 or 1.34%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.188.70 and low of Rs.183.15.

The total traded quantity was 60356 compared to 2 week average of 639864.
