Neo Corp International Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 05, 2010, inter alia, to consider and approve the allotment of 15,75,000 Share Warrants convertible into 15,75,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each at premium of Rs. 23/- to Promoters and Other than Promoters on Preferential basis.
