Dr Reddys Laboratories allots 128410 equity shares

Dr Reddys Laboratories Ltd has announced that pursuant to Dr. Reddy's Employees Stock Option Scheme, 2002, the Governance & Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company has allotted 128,410 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each of the Company, fully paid up, on June 01, 2010, to Directors / Employees on exercise of their Stock Options.

The stock closed the day at Rs.1404.75, up by Rs.5.10 or 0.36%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.1424.80 and low of Rs.1401.

The total traded quantity was 41200 compared to 2 week average of 28269.
