Jain Irrigation allots 64180 shares on conversion of 500 ZCCBs

Jain Irrigation Systems Ltd has announced that Sub-Committee of Board of the Company at its meeting held on June 02, 2010 allotted 64,180 Equity Shares of Rs. 10 at a premium of Rs. 335.59 per Equity Share in conversion of 500 Zero Coupon Convertible Bonds (ZCCB's) of USD 1,000 each in terms of Notification received from the holder and in terms of Offering Circular dated March 24, 2006.

The stock was trading at Rs.1060. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.1089.95 and low of Rs.1050.05.
