Indiabulls Financial Services Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 31, 2007, inter alia, has declared first interim dividend of Rs 2 per equity share (100% on the face value of Rs 2 per equity share) for the financial year 2006-07.
