DLF allots 12330 Equity Shares under ESOP

DLF Ltd has announced that the Committee of Directors has allotted 12,330 Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 2/- each upon exercise of Options by the employees under the Company's Employees Stock Options Scheme on May 21, 2010.

The stock closed the day at Rs.263.25, down by Rs.5.95 or 2.21%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.277.80 and low of Rs.260.10.

The total traded quantity was 1198836 compared to 2 week average of 1682493.
