Rajapalayam Mills Board declares Rs.3 interim dividend

Rajapalayam Mills Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 25, 2007, inter alia, has declared 2nd Interim Dividend of 30% for the year 2006-2007 (Rs 3.00 per share of Rs 10/- each).
