HDFC allots 293727 shares pursuant to conversion of FCCBs

Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd has announced that the Corporation on May 17, 2010, allotted 2,93,727 equity shares of Rs. 10 each pursuant to conversion of FCCBs.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs. 289,33,15,410.00 consisting of 28,93,31,541 equity shares of Rs. 10 each.

The stock was trading at Rs.2738.55, down by Rs.16.10 or 0.58%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.2765 and low of Rs.2714.

The total traded quantity was 20060 compared to 2 week average of 69328.
