Kotak Mahindra Bank allots 100573 Equity Shares

Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd has announced that the ESOP Allotment Committee of the Bank at its Meeting held on May 14, 2010 has allotted 1,00,573 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each, pursuant to exercise of Employee Stock Options.

The ESOPs were exercised under the series, ESOP Scheme Series 2005/01 (3rd Tranche) : 35,480 equity shares, ESOP Scheme Series 2007/01 (2nd Tranche) : 17,292 equity shares, ESOP Scheme Series 2007/01 (3rd Tranche) : 13,426 equity shares, ESOP Scheme Series 2007/05 (2nd Tranche) : 6,750 equity shares, ESOP Scheme Series 2007/15 (1st Tranche) : 10,750 equity shares and ESOP Scheme Series 2007/17 (1st Tranche) : 16,875 equity shares.

The stock closed the day at Rs.759.95, down by Rs.16.50 or 2.13%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.789.90 and low of Rs.755.

The total traded quantity was 147997 compared to 2 week average of 169211.
