Suprajit Engineering Board declares 20% interim dividend

Suprajit Engineering Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 29, 2007, inter alia, has declared an Interim Dividend of 20% on the Fully Paid Equity Shares of the Company for the year 2006-07.
