Sat Industries to enter into new businesses

Sat Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 29, 2007, inter alia, has decided to enter into the business of Pre-engineered Building, Power, Textiles and Garments.

The above are subject to the necessary approvals, sanctions, permissions, consents of the Company and all the regulatory authorities wherever required.
