Almondz Capital allots 1755000 equity shares

Almondz Capital & Management Services Ltd has announced that pursuant to the terms and conditions of the preferential allotment of Equity Warrants, the Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 10, 2010, has allotted 1755000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each arising out of conversion of 1755000 Equity Warrants.

The allottees are Swift Buildwell Pvt. Ltd. - 877500 Equity Shares and KKM Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. - 877500 Equity Shares.

With the allotment of the abovesaid equity shares, the equity base of the Company shall increase from the present level of 10015900 (Nos.) to 11770900 (Nos.) Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each. And consequently, the Paid-up Capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 10,66,67,131/- to Rs. 12,42,17,131/-.

The stock closed the day at Rs.26.15, up by Rs.0.15 or 0.58%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.27.20 and low of Rs.26.05.

The total traded quantity was 2269 compared to 2 week average of 6182.
