Vinay Cements to consider acquisition of RCL Cements Ltd

Vinay Cements Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 31, 2007, inter alia, to consider the acquisition of equity shares of RCL Cements Ltd and Issue of fresh equity shares of the Company on preferential allotment basis in compliance with SEBI guidelines in consideration thereof.
