BSEL Infrastructure forms Pre-Bid Alliances with Accor Group of Hotels & Adlabs Films

BSEL Infrastructure Realty Ltd has announced that the Company has made "Pre-Bid Alliance" with ACCOR Group of Hotels and Adlabs Films Ltd. The details of the same are as follows:

1. Expression of Interest from Accor Group - International Chain of Hotels (AAPC India Hotel Management Pvt Ltd)

The Company has received Expression of Interest from Accor Asia Pacific an international Chain of Hotels having presence in 140 countries and turnover of Euro 7622 Million, through its Indian arm-AAPC India Hotel Management Pvt. Ltd. to participate in the role of "Hotel and Convention Centre Operator" with the Company for the proposed "International Convention Centre (ICC) Project" at Bhubaneshwar, Orissa near Rasulgarh Square adjacent to Bhubaneshwar Cuttak Highway (NH5).

2. Expression of Interest from Adlabs Films Ltd

The Company has further received Expression of Interest from Adlabs Films Ltd., to partner with the Company in the multiplex portion of the "Mall & Multiplex in International Convention Centre (ICC) Project" at Bhubaneshwar, Orissa near Rasulgarh Square adjacent to Bhubaneshwar Cuttak Highway (NH5).
