eWeb Univ announces Post Open Offer Status

Chartered Capital & Investment Ltd ("Manager to the Offer") on behalf of Mr. Vimal Anand, Mr. Amit Anand, Mr. Deepak Anand and Mrs. Prem Anand ("Acquirers"), has issued this Post Offer Public Announcement to the equity shareholders of eWeb Univ Ltd ("Target Company"), which is in continuation of and should be read in conjunction with the (PA) dated October 06, 2006 and Corrigendum to the PA dated December 09, 2006, in compliance with Securities and Exchange Board of India (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 1997 and subsequent amendments thereto and read with observations made by SEBI vide its letter dated Nov 29, 2006.
